Service Description

Single Tool provides link shortening and file transfer services to registered users, enabling efficient sharing and management of digital content.

User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the service lawfully and not engage in prohibited activities such as distributing illegal content, spam, or malware.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during registration and for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must respect intellectual property rights and not upload or share copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Account Registration

• Some features require account registration with valid and accurate information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• You must provide truthful and accurate information when registering and keep it updated.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if younger.

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and content provided by Single Tool are our intellectual property protected by copyright law. Users retain rights to their uploaded content, but grant us license to store and process it for service provision.

Invoicing and Taxation

• All invoices are issued by Single Tool OÜ and are subject to Estonian laws and VAT regulations.
• If applicable, VAT is applied according to Estonian and EU tax law, including reverse charge mechanisms for business customers.
• Payment terms and methods will be clearly communicated before any charges are applied.

Limitation of Liability

• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the service.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
